• At Girl Talk Collection, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our Refund Policy explains the process for returning items and receiving a refund.

• 1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

• Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for refunds.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment methodwithin 5–7 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
